Type P tumor: this photomicrograph illustrates a portion of the neoplasm where neoplastic are arranged in a frond-like structures reminiscent of the terminal end bud. Cells adjacent to the basement membrane resemble cap cells. A secondary lumen is formed at the center of the frond. Mitoses are occurring in suprabasal cells.
