Caption

Mammary gland: the mammary gland is replaced by a large, unencapsulated, well-delineated, locally invasive neoplasm with large areas of lytic necrosis at the center (acidophilic areas with a geographic pattern at the center of the neoplasm). The neoplasm is composed of cords, trabeculae and solid areas separated by a small amount of fibrobvascular stroma. Central necrosis and cavitation are prominent.
