Mammary gland: the mammary gland is expanded and replaced by a nodular, encapsulated, densely cellular, multilobular neoplasm. This neoplasm is composed of large lobules separated by areas of early epithelial to mesenchymal transition (arrowheads). Areas of necrosis (*) are scattered throughout the solid areas. There are also numerous glandular areas.
