The neoplasm is surrounded by and blends into a large amount of fibrovascular stroma with a mild lymphocytic inflammation. The neoplasm is composed of multiple solid areas (*) separated by glandular areas and with multiple areas representing early stages of epithelial to mesenchymal transition (arrowheads).
