Mammary gland: the mammary gland is replaced and is expanded by a large, nodular, multilobular, densely cellular, well-delineated, unencapsulated neoplasm. Neoplastic lobules are separated by a small amount of loose fibrovascular stroma. A few large areas of necrosis (*) are present at the center and in the deeper portions of the neoplasm.
