Mammary gland: the neoplasm is composed of closely-packed glands supported by a moderate amount of fibrovascular stroma (the stroma was less abundant in some fields). Neoplastic cells are cuboidal, medium-sized, with indistinct cell borders, and a moderate amount of strongly acidophilic cytoplasm. The nucleus is basal, oval to round, and hyperchromatic. Anisokaryosis sand anisocytosis are mild. Inflammation is minimal. |
