Pathology Image Detail

Caption

Pancreatic mass: the neoplasm is composed of interconnected trabeculae of variable thickness supported by a moderate amount of fibrovascular stroma with a few moderately ectatic blood-filled vascular spaces. Some trabeculae show central cavitation and, as a result, transform into pseudocysts lined by a one cell-thick epithelium with prominent nuclear palisading.
