Lung: neoplastic cells are round to oval, have a small to moderate amount of amphophilic cytoplasm, and occasionally have an arkoplasm. Their nucleus is eccentric, round to oval, occasionally slightly elongated, slightly hypochromatic, with a marginated chromatin, and 1-2 medium-sized magenta nucleoli. Anisokaryosis and anisocytosis are mild to moderate. Some neoplastic cells show prominent plasmacytoid differentiation.
