Neoplastic lobules are composed of solid areas of neoplastic cells supported by a scant amount of fibrovascular stroma. There are large areas of cavitation and dissociation of neoplastic cells. Neoplastic cells are large, polygonal, generally with ill-defined cell borders and a large amount of amphophilic cytoplasm. The nucleus is large, central, oval and hypochromatic. |
