Caption

Mammary gland: the epithelium of several interlobular ducts forms small papillae. The lumen of these papillae contains necrotic epithelial cells. There is moderate periductal fibrosis. Adjacent mamamry acini are moderately ectatic, contain necrotic epithelial cells, and are surrounded by moderate fibrosis with mild to moderate pleocellular inflammation.
