Mammary gland: the epithelium of the macrocyst occasionally forms a few papillae. The cells have distinct cell borders and a moderate to large amount of basophilic cytoplasm which often contains variably-sized lipid vacuoles. The nucleus is central, large, hyperchromatic, and with a large central basophilic nucleolus. A small hyperplastic alveolar nodule (*) is identified in the nearby mammary gland.
