 Mammary gland - normal tissue. Mammary gland: there is moderate diffuse labeling of the cytoplasm of luminal mammary cells for transforming growth factor beta (tissues fixed in Fekete's solution, heat-mediated antigen retrieval in citrate buffer, 1:1000 dilution). Labeling for transgenic growth factor beta is stronger in the mammary gland of mice transgenic for neu than in wild type mice.
