Type P tumor: this photomicrographs represents the periphery of the neoplasm. The ductal structures are interpreted as non-neoplastic structures that are about to be entrapped by neoplastic cells. Neoplastic cells fail to label or label very weakly for keratins 8/18 while luminal cells in interlobular ducts strongly label for these keratins. |
