Mammary gland: the mammary gland is effaced by a large, multilobular, unencapsulated, densely cellular neoplasm. Neoplastic lobules are separated by a moderate amount of fibrovascular stroma and are composed of fronds (arrowheads), cords, solid areas, and ducts. The ducts are often dilated and filled with blood (*).
