Mammary gland, type P tumor: neoplastic lobules are separated by a moderate amount of fibrovascular stroma and are composed of fronds (arrowheads), cords, solid areas, and ducts. The ducts are often dilated and filled with blood (*). All these structures are lined by a basal layer of cells that are arranged in a gravestone pattern and that generally label for myoepithelial markers. |
