Solid mammary carcinoma (area of epithelial to mesenchymal transition): most spindloid cells of the area of epithelial to mesenchymal transition show strong cytoplasmic labeling for keratin 17. There is myoepithelial differentiation (arrowheads) in the solid portions of the neoplasm located ath the vicinity of the area of epithelial to mesenchymal transition.
