Solid and glandular adenocarcinoma with myoepithelial differentiation: the center of the neoplasm is composed of solid areas and thick cords. The periphery of the neoplasm is composed of glands which contain numerous cells that have the morphology of myoepithelial cells and which label for keratin 14 (a marker of myoepithelial cells).
