This is a longitudinal section of a femur in which there is marked thickening of the trabeculae and cortical bone. Bone marrow is partially effaced by a fibrovascular stroma. This lesion has been called a fibrousosseous lesion found in very old laboratory mice. This is a 20x image that is a higher magnification of the lower center region of the 10x image.
