Notes

 This is a large mass from an 854 day old female PWD/PhJ mouse. The cells have oval elongated nuclei and scant eosinophilic cytoplasm resembling smooth muscle cells. Immunohistochemistry for smooth muscle actin isoform is needed to confirm this diagnosis.
