This is a high magnification of the ovarian papillary adenoma. The tumor is composed of a few tubules supported by a moderate to large amount of fibrovascular stroma. The tubules are lined by a one cell-thick low columnar epithelium. There is no evidence of atypia. The stroma is composed of numerous small nests of luteinized cells.
