Notes |
Diffuse large B-cell lymphoma, centroblastic, histiocyte-rich, spleen. There is diffuse infiltration of the spleen of a mixed population of tumor cells including large round blasts with large nucleoli, cells with irregular nuclei, and small round mature lymphocytes. Large eosinophilic histiocytic cells are found among the lymphoid cells. Foci of histiocytes contain pigmented vacuoles. Tumor cells are CD45R+ and non-non-neoplastic CD3+ infiltrating lymphocytes were seen. Repoterd CD45R and CD3 staining patterns have no submitted images. |
