 Solid mammary carcinoma: there is intense diffuse intercellular labeling for Her2/ErbB2 (Cell Signaling Technology, #2242). The tissues were fixed in Fekete's solution, heat-mediated antigen retrieval in1.0 mM EDTA (pH=8.0) was applied, and the antibody was diluted at 1:50.
