 Solid mammary carcinoma: there is moderate intercellular and weak intracytoplasmic labeling for Phospho-Her2/ErbB2 (Tyr1248) (Cell Signaling Technology, #2247). The tissues were fixed in Fekete's solution, heat-mediated antigen retrieval in 1.0 mM EDTA (pH=8.0) was applied, and the antibody was diluted at 1:25.
