Secretory mammary adenocarcinoma with squamous differentiation: this portion of the neoplasm shows solid areas with squamous differentiation. The fibrovascular stroma that separates neoplastic lobules is abundant and infiltrated by a moderate number of neutrophils. Neoplastic lobules with squamous differentiation are predominantly composed of solid areas, trabeculae and nests separated by a moderate amount of fibrovascular stroma. |
