Mammary gland: the architecture of the mammary gland is entirely effaced by a well-delineated, nodular, encapsulated, densely cellular neoplasm. This neoplasm is composed of a large core of necrotic tissue, keratinized debris and blood surrounded by a thin to focally thick rim of viable neoplastic cells.
