Secretory mammary adenocarcinoma with squamous differentiation: this photomicrograph illustrates an area of cornification. Neoplastic cells are arranged in nests. Keratinization is abrupt and produces large cores of parakeratotic cells. Neoplastic nests often rupture and are associated with a moderate interstitial lymphocytic, plasmacytic and histiocytic infiltration. |
