Caption	Mammary gland: all alveoli, intralobular ducts and interlobular ducts are hyperplastic, mildly to moderately ectatic, and contain an amorphous and often inspissated proteinaceous fluid. There is mild perialveolar and periductal fibrosis and pleocellular inflammation.
