Caption

 Cerebellar medulloblastoma: neoplastic cells formed, in a few areas, discrete streaming and whorling bundles. The bone of the skull (probably the occipital bone) shows scalloping of its inner surface, thinning, and focal disruption, all of which indicates osteolysis.
