The neoplasm is made of large trabeculae with tubular differentiation. These trabecular are made of large polygonal cells with distinct cell borders and a large amount of acidophilic cytoplasm, which indicates squamoid differentiation. Their nucleus is central, ovale, and hypochromatic. a moderate number of neutrophils diffusely infiltrate the tumor. |
