Caption

The mammary gland is entirely effaced by a densely cellular neoplasm composed of papillary projections supported by a small amount of fibrovascular stroma. These papillary projections are lined by a one-cell thick cuboidal to columnar epithelium. Numerous areas of coagulation necrosis are scattered throughout the neoplasm.
