This neoplasm had solid (this figure) and acinar portions. Most mammary tumors in C3H mice are of the acinar type. Large mammary tumors in C3H mice generally also contain portions with solid and occasionally comedo patterns. The tumor is densely cellular and is supported by a scant amount of loose fibrovascular stroma. |
