This is a densely cellular, multilobular neoplastic mammary mass. It is composed of large lobules separated by a small to moderate amount of fibrovascular stroma. Neoplastic lobules are composed of glandular structures (predominantly) with lesser acini, tubules and papillary projection. There are multiple small areas of cystic degeneration. |
