Pathology Image Detail

Caption

The mammary gland is entirely effaced by a densely cellular neoplasm characterized by the formation of large lobules separated by a small amount of loose fibrovascular stroma. Neoplastic lobules are composed of glandular structures (predominantly) which are variably ectatic and contain a moderate amount of pale to strongly acidophilic proteinaceous fluid. These glandular structures are lined by a two cells-thick cuboidal to columnar epithelium.
