Caption

Liver: an ill-defined, unencapsulated, densely cellular neoplasm (arrowheads) gradually blends into the adjacent hepatic parenchyma. This neoplasm is composed of thick cords separated by inconspicuous sinusoids. Neoplasic cells are large, polygonal, with indistinct cytopkasm and with a large amount of acidophilic cytoplasm. The nucleus is central, ovale, and hypochromatic. Atypia is moderate. Mitotic rate is low.
