Pathology Image Detail

Liver: the architecture of the liver is effaced by a nodular, ill-defined, unencapsulated, slightly compressive, densely cellular neoplastic mass. This mass is composed of 2-3 cells-thick trabeculae separated by tortuous sinusoids. Neoplastic cells are large, polygonal, with indistinct cell borders, and with a moderate amount of strongly acidophilic cytoplasm which contains numerous ill-defined optically-empty vacuoles. |
