A continuous row of neoplastic cells at the periphery of a neoplastic lobule label intensely for alpha smooth muscle actin, which indicates myoepithelial differentiation. Scattered neoplastic cells throughout the lobule and smooth muscle fibers in the wall of a small vein also label strongly for alpha smooth muscle actin. |
