Caption	Urinary bladder - Normal tissue. This is a section of the urinary bladder. There is strong labeling of smooth muscle fibers of the wall of the urinary bladder, and mild labeling of the transitional epithelium. The tissue was fixed in Zinc IHC fixative (TM) and the antibody was tested at a dilution of 1:4,000. Background and non-specific labeling was least with Zinc IHC fixative (TM), and was stronger with Felete's solution, Bouin's solution, 10% neutral buffered formalin, and 4% paraformaldehyde.
