Caption	Intestine - Small Intestine - Duodenum - normal tissue. There is strong labeling of smooth muscle fibers of the outer smooth muscle layer of the wall of the duodenum for desmin (undiluted antibody, tissue fixed in Fekete's solution, heat-mediated antigen retrieval in citrate buffer at pH=6.0). There is weak labeling of smooth muscle fibers of inner smooth muscle layer of the wall of the duodenum for desmin. Other cell types are not labeled.
