Caption	Heart - normal tissue. Endocardium (heart): there is moderate cytoplasmic immunolabeling of endothelial cells of the aorta for platelet-derived growth factor alpha (antibody diluted at 1:25, tissue fixed in IHC Zinc fixative, heat-mediated antigen retrieval in citrate buffer at pH=6.0). This pattern of labeling was consistently detected with this antibody but may represent an artifact.
