Caption	CNS - Brain - Choroid plexus - normal tissue. Central nervous system, gray matter: there is moderate labeling of all endothelial cells for integrin beta 1 (1:50 dilution, tissues fixed in IHC Zinc fixative, heat-mediated epitope retrieval in citrate buffer at pH=6.0). There is marked vacuolation of the neuropile, which is an artifact that commonly develops in tissues placed in 70% alcohol after fixation and prior to embedding.
