There is moderate to strong nuclear labeling of epithelial cells of the endometrium for ErbB4 (antibody diluted 1:600, tissue fixed in IHC Zinc fixative (TM), heat-mediated antigen retrieval in citrate buffer at pH=6.0). Moderate diffuse labeling of the cytoplasm of endometrial cells may represent an artifact.
