Caption	Retina - normal tissue. There is strong labeling of the ganglion cell layer and of the internal plexiform layer for NCAM (CD56) (antibody diluted at 1:100, tissue fixed in Fekete's solution, heat-mediated antigen retrieval in citrate buffer at pH=6.0). There is also severe retinal degeneration, a lesion typical of C57BL6/J mice.
