This is a rhabdomyosarcoma from a 638 day old male A/J mouse. Note the multinucleated cell in the center (Image 40ax). Note the cell in the center with the bizarre mitotic figure (Image 40bx). All cells are poorly differentiated which is somewhat unusual for rhabdomyosarcomas in A/J mice that are often well differentiated or have areas that are well differentiated, some cells of which have cross striations. |
