Caption	Haired skin - normal tissue. There is mild to moderate diffuse cytoplasmic labeling of the suprabasal layers of the epidermis, the outer root sheath of hair follicles, and of sebaceous glands (tissue fixed in 4% paraformaldehyde, heat-mediated antigen-retrieval in citrate buffer at pH=6.0, 1:100 dilution). Moderate nuclear labeling which is detected in a moderate number of cells of the outer root sheath and of sebaceous glands may represent an artifact.
