There is moderate to strong labeling for keratin 14 of stratum basale of the epidermis, of sebaceous glands, of the outer root sheath of hair follicles, of basal and suprabasal layers of the conjunctiva, and of all layers of the cornea (tissues fixed in Fekete's solution, heat-mediated antigen retrieval in citrate buffer at pH=6.0, 1:50 dilution).
