There is moderate diffuse cytoplasmic labeling for Ephrin B1 of the superficial portions of the colonic epithelium (1:50 dilution, tissues fixed in IHC Zinc Fixative, heat-mediated antigen retrieval in citrate buffer at pH=6.0). This pattern of labeling may represent an artifact.
