There is mild to moderate diffuse cytoplasmic labeling of colonic cells at the surface of the colonic epithelium (tissue fixed in 4% paraformaldehyde, heat-mediated antigen-retrieval in citrate buffer at pH=6.0, 1:100 dilution). Mild to moderate nuclear labeling of scattered colonic cells may represent an artifact.
