Caption	Duodenum - normal tissue. There is strong nuclear immunolabeling for PCNA of epithelial cells of intestinal crypts (antibody diluted at 1:100, tissue fixed in Fekete's solution). There is mild cytoplasmic background in smooth muscle fibers of the wall of the intestine as well as in epithelial cells of the intestine.
