Caption	Kidney - normal tissue. There is moderate labeling of the cytoplasm of all cells of all proximal tubules and of the nucleus of most of these cells (tissues fixed in Fekete's fixative, heat-mediated antigen retrieval in citrate buffer at pH=6.0, 1:100 dilution). This labeling is interpreted as an artifact. Cytoplasmic labeling of proximal renal tubules may be the result of endogenous biotin.
