Caption	Liver - normal tissue. Labelling of bile canaliculi is stronger than without antigen retrieval. A light background persists (tissues fixed in Fekete's fixative, heat-mediated antigen retrieval in citrate buffer at pH 6.0, 1:10,000 dilution).
Description	Liver - Normal tissue. Biliary glycoprotein 1 (Bgp 1) immunohistochemistry NOTE: Antigen retrieval resulted in stronger staining with all fixatives. However, antigen retrieval was consistently associated with an increased background. Fikete's fixative and neutral buffered formalin were the most appropriate fixatives for this antibody.
